Only your name, email, and lake address, is shared with third party service providers (MailChimp or our Website Host) who performs various functions to enable us to provide our Services and help us operate our website or send email communications. Our agreements with these third parties require them to maintain the confidentiality of the Personal Information we provide to them and only act on our behalf and under our instructions. The MailChimp application is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher.
Your information is used for the sole purpose of communication. You have the option to unsubscribe or opt out from MailChimp at any time.
Data collected during the submission of forms is transmitted via email to the (secretary/membership chair, etc) but is not retained on the CTLG website.
We don’t collect comments on our website nor are we using Google Analytics at this time.
Credit card information submitted while making payments is collected by Stripe and never stored on our website.
